Ionic micellar assemblies have been simulated over μs time
scales on GPUs (image on cover of Soft Matter).

Performance for simulations of sodium nonyl and dodecyl sulfates. Fermi cards provide the equivalent of 36-48 CPU cores per card, at a fraction of the cost.
