The MRSEC runs these SEM and TEM facilities in association with the Henry Krumb School of Mines and the Department of Civil Engineering. These facilities include a JEOL JSM-5600 LV scanning electron microscope (SEM) [in 1112 Mudd, 212-854-4286] and a Philips 430 transmission electron microscope (TEM) [in 151 Mudd, the Carleton Lab].
